South Ogden Big O Tires — An Authorized Big O Tires Franchisee

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and facilities operated by South Ogden Big O Tires (“we,” “our,” or “us”), an authorized Big O Tires franchisee. By scheduling an appointment, visiting our service center, using our website, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
South Ogden Big O Tires provides tire sales, mounting, balancing, rotation, alignment, vehicle maintenance, and repair services. We may refuse, modify, suspend, or discontinue service at our discretion.
Service Estimates: Estimates are provided in good faith after preliminary inspection. Final costs may change if additional issues are found. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain authorization before work beyond the original estimate.
Authorization to Perform Work: By signing a work order or otherwise authorizing service, you permit us to operate, inspect, road-test, and perform agreed service on the vehicle and represent that you may authorize that work.
3. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled in person, by phone, or through available online tools. Times are estimates and may change because of shop volume, parts availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Please notify us promptly to cancel or reschedule.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due when service is completed unless arranged otherwise in advance. Accepted methods are displayed at the shop. Returned payments may be subject to a fee where permitted, and vehicles left after completion may incur storage fees.
5. Tire Sales and Installation
New Tires: Sales are subject to manufacturer availability and prices may change without notice. Installed tires must meet applicable manufacturer specifications. We may decline to install incompatible or unsafe tires.
Used and Customer-Supplied Tires: At our discretion, we may mount used or customer-supplied tires. We are not responsible for the condition, performance, or safety of tires not purchased from us. Additional charges may apply.
Tire Warranty: New tires may be covered by manufacturer or Big O Tires limited warranties. Coverage is governed by those terms and may exclude road hazards, improper inflation, misalignment, or misuse. Ask our team for specific warranty details.
6. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left more than 48 hours after completion notice may be subject to a daily storage fee. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property beyond what is directly caused by our negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Ogden Big O Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to use of our services. Total liability for a service claim will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Ogden Big O Tires and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services, breach of these Terms, false information you provide, or violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first to resolve concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Weber County, Utah. You waive participation in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Utah law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Big O Tires Franchise Relationship
South Ogden Big O Tires is independently owned and operated as a franchisee of Big O Tires, LLC. Big O Tires, LLC is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of this location.
12. Website Use
You may not use our website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit harmful content. Site content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
15. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only as needed to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in effect.
